8Sigma’s co-founder and director Marko Šatrak presented a case study about the implementation of 8Sigma MES software solution in Impol-TLM’s factory at the Smart Industry Conference.

The event took place in the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Zagreb and gathered more than 100 representatives of various Croatian companies. By presenting a successful implementation project of 8Sigma MES in the aluminium plant of Impol-TLM, Mr. Šatrak showed practical examples of how exactly 8Sigma supported this regional leader in aluminium processing in bringing Industry 4.0 to their plant in Šibenik.

Among other things, he also mentioned that Impol-TLM’s involvement in design was crucial because it helped 8Sigma’s experts to create a solution that meets all Impol-TLM’s specific needs and enables them with production improvement.

As a proud partner of the “Smart Industry” project, 8Sigma contributed to the popularization of Industry 4.0 by presenting successful digital transformation case studies within a series of articles that were published by Poslovni Dnevnik, a daily business newspaper.  The main event of this project was the conference on which we have presented one of 8Sigma’s most successful projects in aluminium industry in this part of Europe.

Within the conference, we also had an opportunity to speak to managers interested in company’s services within the Meet the Buyers Forum and to explain what we do and how we can support them in their digitalization process.
