This autumn, the leading Croatian daily business newspaper Poslovni dnevnik organizes a project named “Smart Industry” with intention to popularize Industry 4.0. Within this project, Poslovni dnevnik has been publishing a series of articles about various companies developing software solutions that provide industries with digital transformation. Besides that, they are also organizing several TV shows about the smart industry concept. Last week, together with two more representatives of hi-tech companies, 8Sigma’s director Vladimir Lukic participated in a discussion under the topic “Smart industry as a generator of the Croatian economy int the post-corona period.”. Among the other things, they have talked about Croatian potential for smart industries development, possibilities for digital transformation, the importance of the educational system, the national strategies and policies and challenges, and opportunities that the coronavirus crisis brought to the society in general. 

Within this project organized by Poslovni dnevnik, 8Sigma will also hold a case-study presentation at the Smart industry conference that will take place in October 2020.
